The fourth EP in a series of six, each given their own stylistic frame of reference:
Capsule01
has melodic and cinematic ambitions, within the confines of a tech-house approach to dance music.
Capsule02 [August 2011]
works some bigger beats into the sound, incorporating recorded percussion, bass and guitars.
Capsule03 [September 2011]
Experiments in dirty, nasty, over-driven energy.
Capsule04 [October 2011]
takes a departure from the first 3 Capsules, working in the hypnotic world of droning ambient soundscapes. Syncopating pulses and swells, the sound of the ebb and flow of a sea of data, files passing in the night.
Capsule05 [December 2011]
Microsound, minimalism. Room to breathe. Best heard in a quiet environment with big speakers, not too loud.
Capsule06 [January 2012]
For Angela. Songs I've written for her, with her in mind, or that she's picked herself.
